The HOT-DOGS are a loosely affiliated group of motorcycle "semi-enthusiasts" and some other folks too. Membership is open
to anybody.  All you need is a unique hot-dog related nickname and a motorcycle, scooter, skateboard, bike, stationary
exercise bike or something else that you are moderately enthused about.
